My youngest, nicknamed “Littlest Lev” here at The Safest Line, was the Star of the Week of his First Grade class. His teacher requested that I write a letter about my “Star” to be read to the class. Littlest Lev has requested that I share my letter with you:
To Littlest Lev’s First Grade Class,
I am Littlest Lev’s Dad. Let me share 10 things about him that you may not know.
1) He is the youngest in our family and has two older brothers.
2) Littlest Lev was born with almost no hair at all! And when he was 3 years old he had wild curly hair.
3) When he was an infant, he had a problem with his hips so he had to wear a special brace. We think the brace gave him super-human running speed.
4) He and I wrestle all the time and he has beaten me every single time.
5) Littlest Lev takes the cheese off his pizza before he eats it.
6) Sometimes we call him Slam-A-Lamma-Ding-Dong.
7) He has not slept in his bed in a year! He sleeps inside a tent in his room.
8) When he was a toddler he used the word “whobody” all the time. Like, he would say, “whobody took my toy?”
9) He has grandparents that live in Arizona and New York.
10) He has a cousin that will be born in New York any day.
I hope you enjoyed my list about Sam.
